So I’ve been having kittens trying to figure how to proceed with the “New Hexagon Millefiori Quilt-Along’s” February Rosette so I picked up the “Flower Garden” project from Edyta Sitar’s book and now the center is together. It’s a fun project to turn to when the other one gets too daunting. With this project I will now start to build round flowerettes to place in the crooks of the diamonds. When there is more to show I’ll be back with another photo.

Thanks so much! Yes, I’ve gotten all my sewing obligations completed so the rest of this short month will be handed over to the Millefiori……I’m just gonna dive in and see what happens!!

Its good to put down the rosettes and clear your head I know! Got my 2nd done but picked knitting needles up for a break till we get the 3rd pattern : )
Thanks Everyone for your words of encouragement!! I’m just hoping to begin today to tackle that February Rosette for the Quilt Along but who knows? Everyday is a mystery until it’s end!
